The FACTORY was founded in Ceglie del Campo, Bari ( in the south of Italy ), in 1940, after decades of honorable
operations and consolidated experience in the field of dried fruits, specifically
armellina (seed of the apricot kernel).
In 2008 the company moved in Conselice near Ravenna, ( in the north of Italy ) the epicenter of Italian fruit processing (apricots and peaches) to work the cores at 0 km.
In these years Amardolce meets the secular experience of other factories for the production of semi-finished ice cream, cakes and pastries
artisanal and industrial. This synergy allows the production of grain and the dried fruit flour acceding to a paste and cream.
